  • American House Foundation Program through the Adult Well Being Service offers help to adults age 65 and older living in Wayne County who are experiencing economic hardship or a vital emergency need. They provide help with: Housing Repairs, Emergency Rent & Deposit Assistance,Emergency Car Repair Assistance, Emergency Dental Care Assistance,  Eyeglasses, Medication, Hearing Aids, Medical Equipment, Utility Payments  313-924-7860

  2. While the president and congress send billions overseas and spend more on their own "pork projects", the people in this country could use a hand. Flood your local and state legislators with phone calls, letters and email messages and also the White House. Do this everyday.
